Our "Finder's Fee Service" is designed for local property owners who wish to provide the on-going management of their units but do not have the time to show vacancies, clear applications and prepare leases.

 For a One Time Only Fee, plus advertising costs, * 

1st American Properties, LLC will:

	Market the property.
	Provide leasing agent phone coverage from  8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. - Monday through Friday - and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays during the summer months.
	Voice Mail Services for evenings and weekends.
	Schedule and conduct all showings to prospective renters.
	Process a credit application for prospective residents.
	Negotiate leases on behalf of the owner/client.
	Collect initial security deposit and first month's rent.
	Verify utility transfers, if applicable.
	Distribute keys.

* Upon occupancy of the unit, 1st American Properties' obligation, to both owner and residents, CEASES
