This has two bedrooms and two full baths, living/dining area with gas log fireplace and all kitchen appliances, including double door fridge – are white. The fridge and over the range micro wave were new in 2005. The unit was built in 2003, was purchased by my mother in 2005 and was totally rehabbed at that time which included:
-Wallpapering both full baths, kitchen, dining wall and both bedrooms - one wall in the master and a wainscot in the other.
-Painted entire unit with coordinating colors.
-Had custom window coverings made in Waverly fabric to match or coordinate with the Waverly wallpaper and in the master, spread and pillows - and matching shower curtain in the hall full bath. Coloring throughout are tones of beige and green.
-The master has a walk in shower with sliding doors, grab bar on the wall and adjustable shower head for height and to be able to hold in ones hand.
-Both baths have all new towel rods/bath robe hooks/paper roll decorator hardware. The master has an attached to wall over master stool white wood supplemental cabinet would stay.
-The two car garage had extensive built in shelving constructed with seating area, walls and ceiling textured and painted to match the interior and floor epoxy painted to coordinate in color. Had hand rails installed on the two stairs up to the unit. There is a garage door opener with two remote controls.
-There is central AC, humidifier and programmable thermostat.
-There are ceiling fans in each room with variable wall controls.
-In the kitchen, installed over and under cabinet florescent lighting.
-All attached lighting fixtures and chandeliers (entry and dining) are new and all switches throughout are on dimmers.
-In the basement, installed multiple ceiling wrapped florescent light fixtures and duplex wall outlets.
Perhaps the most unique feature of the home is that it is only one of only two units in the development that face west with an unobstructed view over the large maintained and actually “green” greenbelt. Mountain and sunset views are spectacular from the west facing cement patio (out the dining area sliding doors). If the old adage of “location, location, location” is still valid – this attached townhouse (there are two units together), fits the bill. I believe when the unit was originally purchased there was a “lot premium”.
This well established and desirable area is very quiet and due to the placement of the unit one does not feel they are living in a large complex of townhouses- while enjoying the attributes of a well managed and funded association (Faith Property Management handles the association).
A newer (2003) clothes washer and gas dryer in the unit is negotiable. The unit is fully furnished at this time but is not occupied. Some of the furnishings will be available for purchase
